Introduction

We are very appreciative of your family's participation in the NIMH Study of Schizophrenia. In order to understand why some family members are susceptible to schizophrenia, it is essential that our researchers study families where the illness occurs. We hope that our findings will lead us to better treatment of this illness and perhaps someday prevent it from occurring in families.

This research project is very comprehensive, gathering both genetic and nongenetic data. Your child signed consent forms to allow us to request information about his/her/their early developmental history from you.

To get started:

  • Navigate through the menu on your left to learn more about the study.
  • Log In the application and fill out questionnaires

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
